Parties posting ads are responsible for the accuracy and content of their ads. Posting false or misleading information will result in removal of your privilege to post classified ads. Dentist.Com, LLC reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a formal subpoena arising from any fraudulent act committed by the user with regard to a classified ad.

Classified advertisements must be paid in advance. Make checks payable to Dentist.Com, LLC (in U.S. funds only). Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are also accepted.

Advertising that appears to discriminate on the basis of race, religion or gender will be rejected.

Payment is due up front before ad is placed on the web site.

Upon submission of an ad, the advertiser will be charged for the first two months. Subsequent months will be charged on the renewal date.
